Anzac biscuits

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 125g butter (more butter for a softer biscuit)
- 2 tablespoons treacle or golden syrup
- 2 tablespoons boiling water
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 180C or 350F
- combine all ingredients
- form biscuit shapes on a greased baking pan
- bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown (longer for crispier biscuit)
