Eggless Eggnog

- 2 1/2 cups silken tofu
- 2 cups soymilk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2-3/4 cup dry sweetener
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2-1 cup rum or 1/2-1 cup brandy
Steps:
- In a blender or food processor puree all the ingredients thoroughly until smooth and creamy
- Serve well chilled
