Hasty Pudding

- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup sultana golden raisins
- 1/2 cup milk use low fat if you wish
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons golden syrup
- 2 cups boiling water
Steps:
- Mix together the first 3 ingredients in a medium casserole dish Add the milk and stir until blended
- Stir the butter syrup and water together and pour over
- Bake at 180C 350F for 30-40 minutes
- Serve with cream or icecream
