Mayonnaise by June

Ingredients:

• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/4 cup vinegar
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1/2-1 teaspoon dry mustard
• salt and pepper

Steps:

• Beat all ingredients together with a whisk
• Place into saucepan and heat stirring at all times until boils
