Traditional Bread Abm

Ingredients:

• 1 3/8 cups water
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons dry buttermilk
• 1 3/4 teaspoons salt
• 4 cups bread flour unbleached
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast

Steps:

• Add ingredients in the order that your bread machine instructs
• Choose light or medium crust and basic setting
• At the end of the 3-hour cycle when the bread is finished baking remove and let cool for 15 minutes
